This course features an interpretative guide to your Birkman® Signature Report from Kokkoi. It consists of 5 audio sessions totalling less than 35 minutes. Completing this guide before your 1-on-1 Conversation will maximise time with your Birkman Consultant, and allow them to focus on helping you to understand your own report.


  • Signature Audio Guide

    The 5 sections of the audio guide each feature an audio segment between 2 and 12 minutes in length, which will talk you through the different sections of the report

  • Your Signature Report

    You'll need to have your own Signature Report to hand - either on a device or as a print out - so that you can follow along as you listen to the guide

  • Questions for your consultant

    It's a good idea to jot down any questions you have as you explore your report, so that you are prepared for your conversation with your Birkman consultant
